Have you heard of this before? With the running clinic I signed up they usually have a little talk on subjects related to running before our weekly run. Tonight's topic is about looking at why we run but a life coach.
I have to say I'm intrigued by the idea of life coach. This is a person that would be your champion. Someone to cheer you on, and keep you going just when think you can't push any further.
This life coach did not click for me though. Maybe it's because we were in a group and there was no personal connection. Maybe it was because she made me do laugh yoga. I understand that laughing is great for the body and mind. But I believe both body and mind should be involved. Just going through the motions feels like something is missing. I'd rather be laughing at something really funny, than just doing the laughing motions, but that's just me.
